Process Technician (Flip Chip Ball Grid Array)

Job Description:

• Assist in engineering daily activities as per production / engineering demand.
• Participate in QCC or development activities.
• Identify, record, and perform first level analysis for any problem relating to product, process & quality system.
• Assisting in monitor equipment maintenance.
• Ensure related area is performing smoothly without any process / equipment related issues that can jeopardize the yield and quality
• Participate in yield and quality improvement plans
• Ensure no quality issue, ensure equipment / process accountability, lot integrity; ensure operators to work complying spec and company policy;
• Report abnormal line issue with escalation flow
• Assist in line monitoring
  
• Other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
• Language: Basic English reading and writing ability
• Experience: 0~2 years industrial experience with 0~2 years equipment development or equipment
• maintenance experience

Nice to Have:

• Familiar in VISUAL MECHANICAL (VM).
• Familiar with MEASUREMENT SCOPE/MAGNIFIER.
• Familiar with BGA, LGA & PGA detect mode.
• Experience in AOI INSPECTION.
• Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
