Vacancy: Consultant, Aesthetician and Aesthetician Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur and Penang

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Age: 20 40 years old
• Candidates with a minimum of SPM are required to have relevant experience
• Minimum Diploma / equivalent in any field, experience or no experience encouraged to apply! (Training will be provided)
• Customer service oriented
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, and service attitude.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 YEARS experience in beauty / aesthetics / spa industry as a beautician, therapist or aesthetician. (Aesthetician)
• Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager / Clinic Manager or similar role (Manager)
• Good knowledge of aesthetic, beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care) Manager

Main Duties for Consultant:

• Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic
• Provide accurate scalp analysis and treatment for customers (Hands On)
• Educate and promote hair treatment and information to customers
• Maintain and build good customer relationships
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Main Duties for Aesthetician:

• Perform aesthetic treatments for customers
• Perform aesthetic treatments with high standards of customer service
• Perform skin/body/hair analysis for new and existing customers
• Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
• Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, hair growth, teeth whitening etc.
• Handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary
• Various sponsored training programs and skill upgrading courses available for outstanding performance

Main Duties for Aesthetician Manager:

• Clinics routine operations, sales, customer, staff, training
• To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.
• Customer relationship management
• Perform facials and other therapy allowed aesthetic procedures
• Ensure cohesive and harmonious working environment at all level in order to achieve Staff Retention rate
• Performance treatment, Machines, Laser and others skills
• Consultation and assisting doctor
• Provide professional opinions and suggestion to patients on the treatments.
