Product Technician (Wafer Sort)

Job Description:

• Support on Test Program Debug.

• Support on Tester Handling (Advantest V93k), Linux Programming, Lot
• Disposition & Yield analytic.
• Perform low yield/ QA verification and lot disposition.
• Troubleshooting of test-setup/ hardware and perform simple debugging on tester.
• Assist in various yield/ quality/ productivity/ product or process, improvement projects.
• Assist in new device/ system/ hardware qualifications and supervision of engineering lots.
• Perform minor test program modification and evaluation.
• Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Engineering (Any related field)
• Language: Basic English reading and writing ability
• Experience: 0~2 years industrial experience

• Experience in WAFER LEVEL TESTING.
• Experience in WAFER YIELD IMPROVEMENT.
• Experience in WAFER LOT DISPOSE.
• Fundamental engineering knowledge on semiconductors, electronics.
• Basic programming/computer hardware knowledge
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative
• Effective communication skills.
