JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collect and verify documents according to client requirements.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes comply with internal policies.
  • Communicate with users/clients to confirm placement needs, start dates, work access, and initial briefing arrangements.
  • Conduct initial orientation sessions (company regulations, SOPs, culture, rights & obligations).
  • Prepare onboarding reports, including number of joiners and document completeness status.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelors degree (preferably in Statistics, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration).
  • 12 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Onboarding, or Data Administration.
  • Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and digital documentation systems.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in data processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling incomplete documents or schedule changes.
