Production Line Worker (Blumenort)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and safety-minded Production Line Worker to join our growing team in Blumenort, Manitoba. As part of our Operations Department, you'll work hands-on in a dynamic production environment, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our Biotic Earth and mulch production line.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, good teamwork skills, and a drive to meet daily production goals in a consistent and structured work environment.

What You'll Do

Production Line Duties:

• Support the Team Leader in daily production operations

• Operate across all stations of the production line (training provided)

• Maintain product quality and support quality control procedures

• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines during shifts

• Assist with machine maintenance and minor repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures throughout your shift

General Duties:

• Contribute to general housekeeping in the plant and lunchroom

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

• Forklift and Bobcat operation skills (an asset)

• Basic math skills

• Basic English literacy (Google Translate acceptable if needed)

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a strong asset

• Leadership experience is required

• Ability to work full-time in a physically active environment
