Early Years Teacher

MZ Talent Group is currently recruiting an experienced Early Years Teacher to join a British international school in Baghdad. This opportunity is suited to a passionate educator who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners.

The successful candidate will support children during the most important stage of their education, helping to build strong foundations for learning, confidence, and social development.



Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) is essential.

• Candidates must hold at least a Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education.

• Minimum 3 years Experience teaching within EYFS settings in UK schools.

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and early childhood development.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.

Desirable

• Phonics training or experience delivering phonics programmes in Early Years.

• Experience working closely with children and families, supporting parental engagement.
