Grade 12 - English Teacher (AP)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grade 12 English Teacher (AP) based in Al-Basra Governorate, Iraq. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assessing student progress. Additional responsibilities include providing constructive feedback, maintaining classroom management, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the students' learning experience. The contract is dependent, but can last up to 3 years. 

Qualifications

• Strong skills in English Teaching, Teaching, and Education.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• A minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience with Grade 12 students.
• Bachelors degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
