What You'll Be Doing

• Underwrite and price complex US Property risks across diverse segments
• Lead broker engagement leveraging your network and building new relationships
• Represent the MGA at market events, broker meetings, and capacity discussions
• Collaborate on underwriting strategy, appetite, and product development
• Use data and technology to drive underwriting decisions and portfolio performance
• Support internal reporting and capacity provider communications
• Mentor junior team members as the MGA scales

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience underwriting US Property risks, ideally in an MGA or Lloyd's setting
• This role will also suit an experienced Assistant Underwriter who is ready to take the next step and confident working independently. 
• Strong broker network and confidence in external relationship management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic approach
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with underwriting platforms and data tools
• Excellent communicator with commercial awareness and collaborative spirit
