Are you a skilled Treaty Broker fluent in Spanish, with a passion for building global reinsurance solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean? Our client is seeking a strategic and client-facing professional to support their Treaty division placing complex risks within the Lloyds, London, and international markets. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Negotiate and place treaty reinsurance arrangements across global markets
• Liaise with underwriters and broking teams to structure bespoke coverage
• Support clients from Spanish-speaking territories, ensuring tailored broking strategies
• Maintain precision in slip drafting, endorsements, and e-placement (PPL/Whitespace)
• Collaborate across divisions to deliver cohesive and responsive client service

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish language skills
• Demonstrable experience with LatAm/Caribbean reinsurance markets
• Strong technical understanding of proportional and non-proportional treaty reinsurance
• Familiarity with Cat modelling and digital broking platforms
• CII qualification or actively studying towards one is a bonus
