Job Title: Legal Indemnity Assistant
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Indemnity Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting solicitor clients with legal indemnity insurance services in a timely, professional, and cost-effective manner. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting new business development, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer legal indemnity portfolios for solicitor clients
- Support new business through referrals and proactive sales activity
- Maintain effective credit control and provide administrative support to senior team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of legal indemnity insurance and related compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Acturis
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
