Role Purpose
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital transformation projects in IT and telecom. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale IT and network projects.
Set objectives, monitor progress, and align projects with company goals.
Develop project plans, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee vendor management, including SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, resources, and governance structures.
Maintain quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely project completion.
Budget adherence and cost savings.
Quality of deliverables.
Stakeholder satisfaction.
Risk management effectiveness.
Compliance with SLAs and scope management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Computer Science; Masters degree preferred.
Certifications: PMP is highly desirable.
Experience: 812 years in IT/Telecom, with at least 6 years in project management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management expertise, risk management, and technical knowledge in IT/Telecom systems.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
