We are looking for a Oracle PBCS Consultant with a strong expertise and experience.

Should have worked on a Minimum of 4 end-to-end Oracle PBCS implementations

Should have strong Middle East experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide subject matter expertise in finance transformation initiatives involving both modern EPM Cloud.

· Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.

· Translate business needs into solution blueprints and implementation plans aligned with Oracle best practices.

· Facilitate design workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis with client stakeholders.

· Guide data integration needs from a functional perspective in collaboration with technical teams.

· Support the transition from Hyperion to Oracle EPM Cloud through gap analysis, change management, and process optimization.

· Validate solution design, test strategy, and reporting outputs to ensure business satisfaction.

· Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and client leadership.

· Oracle Certified Specialist in EPM Cloud is an added advantage.

· Demonstrated success in leading functional design and solution delivery across multiple full lifecycle EPM implementations.

· Ability to define chart of accounts structures, planning hierarchies, business rules, and reporting dimensions.

  1. Should have pre-sales knowledge on application demonstration to customers, requirement review and solutioning and effort estimation.
  1. Should train juniors to develop a resource pool for the Oracle EPM Practice.

· Understanding of EPM implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method OUM/CAS OUM).

· Exposure to tools like Smart View, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and EDMCS.
