Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and payroll administration. This role ensures that HR policies and payroll processes are efficiently managed, legally compliant, and aligned with the organizations objectives while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible to the Company Director and General Manager for the overall planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of the entire Human Resource functions and work place of the company.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety, and company standards.
Responsible to handle the Payroll & Compensation Administration by overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain employee payroll records, leave balances, and timekeeping systems.
Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for salary disbursements and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation/retirement funds, and other statutory contributions.
Handle payroll queries from employees promptly and accurately.
Responsible in the Training & Development by identify training needs through skills gap analysis.
Organize internal/external training, workshops, and professional development programs.
Support succession planning and leadership development.
Partner with senior management to align HR and payroll functions with business goals.
Provide workforce data, HR metrics, and payroll reports to management.
Advise leadership on compensation strategies and workforce planning.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or
related field.
At least [5+] years of progressive HR experience, including payroll administration.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
