Job Description: 

- Conduct vehicle inspections for accident-related body repairs and paintwork repairs, assess damages carefully, prepare repair estimates, and provide quotations for cash repairs.

- Source required replacement spare parts to facilitate the repair of the accident vehicle.

- Oversee vehicle inspections for body and paintwork in the repair process in a timely manner. 

- Proactively manage claims, ensure timely processing. Attend insurance surveys. 

- Able to control/manage stocks in the warehouse. Ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for the service. 

- Quality check vehicles before releasing them back to the customer. Able to liaise with subcontractors. 

- Perform all ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior and management.
