Position: All-Around Beautician (Salon & Spa)
Salary: PGK 3500 PGK 4500/month
Working hours: 8 hours
Working location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Job Summary:
The All-Around Beautician is a versatile and skilled professional responsible for delivering a wide range of salon and spa services. She must have solid expertise in hairdressing, beauty treatments, and spa therapies, and is expected to provide clients with high-quality, professional service in a relaxing environment. The role also requires product knowledge, customer engagement, and the ability to train or guide junior staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs salon services like shampooing, cutting, rebonding, perming, styling, colouring, hair treatments etc., as well as massaging and treating scalps, applying makeup etc.
- Spa Services performing facials, recommending skin care therapists, manicures, pedicures, nail art and colour, waxing, threading.
- Deliver spa services such as body massages, body scrubs, and aromatherapy (preferably knowledgeable in multiple techniques).
- Offer nail care services including manicure, pedicure, nail art, and nail enhancements.
- Conduct hair and scalp treatments as needed by clients.
- Apply basic to advanced makeup techniques for various occasions.
- Perform waxing and threading for facial and body hair removal.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and treatment areas.
- Promote and sell beauty/spa products and packages.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty and spa trends and attend training sessions.
- Maintain detailed client records and build a loyal client base through excellent service.
- Train junior staff or assistants when required.

Requirements:
- At least with Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- At least 5 years solid work experience in a well-known, reputable and established salon & spa/wellness industry

Qualifications:
- Preferably with TESDA Certifications (related to salon/beauty/makeup/spa/wellness)
- Wide knowledge (expertise) on different beauty salon and spa related services
- Additional advantage if multi-skilled with knowledge in different massage forms/techniques
- Has the ability to train and conduct seminars and lectures (trainers skills)
