Job Position: Aesthetic Consultant

Working Location: Robinson Rd, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 1030-8 pm, Sat 10-8 pm
Salary Range: SGD 2,500 ++ - SGD 3,300 ++ 
Commission Range : SGD 2,000~ SGD 3,000


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare clients for treatments
Assist doctor during medical aesthetics procedure
Provide advice on procedure downtime, pre and post-care guide
Conduct consultations, recommend and sales of suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to both new and existing customers depending on their needs
Build and establish new customer prospects and nurturing a strong relationship with both new and existing customers to increase sales and repeat businesses
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good after-sales relationships with customers and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Must have experience in handling and closing high sales To achieve, meet, and exceed personal sales targets as well as outlet sales target
Handle English and Mandarin-speaking customers with confidence and professionalism
Handle front desk duties and attend to calls and basic appointment booking
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the outlet's manage.

Requirements:
* Experience in Aesthetics / Beauty / Sales or related industries
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Well-groomed, motivated, resourceful, sales and service-oriented
* Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Able to converse in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking patients.
