Job Position: Customer Service

Office Location: Ubi Rd 1, Singapore 408734 (MRT: Blue DT 27)
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm; Mon - Fri
Salary Package: Basic SGD 2,200 ~ SGD 2,400 (Open Nego)

Job Description:
Making & receiving customer inquiry calls.
Handling customer complaints.
Collecting & analyzing customer feedback.
Responding to customer reviews.
Support software training & software installation with customers.
Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies.
Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers.
Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim.
Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviors & help reduce accident cases.
Data analytics for software & product accuracy.
Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project.
Observe & monitor for server performance.
Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer.
