Working Location: Vanuatu
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hour: 8 hours per day

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager leads and develops the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet company goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and market trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless coordination.
- Conduct training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, business meetings, and networking events.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office applications.
- Willing to travel or relocate overseas
