PRECISION-FOCUSED: You manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy, ensuring every piece of information you record or share is consistently correct.
THE ROLE
Update development trackers: Create collection overview sheets and log any changes to ex-factory dates. Communicate with suppliers, track and document the status of all fabric, trim and technique approvals or rejections.
Update key production documents: Keep information up to date in the critical path, create barcodes and revise technical documents.
Manage marketing samples and information: Add all style information required for marketing, ecommerce and community experience teams into a central document. Organise product handovers to the marketing team, ensuring this is actioned in line with the critical path.
Manage stock: Liaise with the Head of Product to ensure all fabric and packaging stock levels are correct.
Manage samples and trims: Organise physical sourcing, samples, fabric and trim libraries. Prepare all samples for fittings and review meetings.
Liaise with suppliers: Communicate daily with suppliers to ensure all documentation is kept current and information is supplied, feeding back to the Product Coordinator.
Send sourcing briefs: Dispatch relevant sourcing briefings to suppliers and monitor responses with the Product Coordinator.
Track budget: Keep records of all courier, fit model and sampling costs.
Support measuring: Work with the garment technologist on measuring all samples.
Approve PPS: Collaborate closely with the Product Coordinator on all PPS comments and approvals.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Gmail
Understanding of fabric properties and garment construction
Experience working with measurement charts
A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE
A love for the brand and understanding of our mission
1+ years of relevant industry experience
Fashion product-related Degree or similar
A genuine passion for creativity, clothing manufacture and an eagerness to learn
A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the brand
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work
Strong organisation, communication, and collaboration skills
Based in London
