SCREENSHOT OF ROLE

  • Use Shopify and Shopify Plus to lead the entire digital merchandising process, both for product building and management, ensuring the smooth running of our product launches.
  • Ensure a seamless and relevant customer journey across the website for new and returning visitors.
  • Proactively test and manage the site day-to-day to ensure its working at optimum capacity.
  • Manage the new site development whilst continuously analysing and testing the website and user journey to identify areas of improvement within functionality, design and performance.
  • Analyse and report on website performance, customer journey and behaviour data.
  • Maximise sales through website conversion optimisation.
  • Oversee fluid integration of our ecommerce platform with social media platforms, newsletter providers and all other 3rd party touchpoints.
  • Continually identify, set up and oversee new integrations, Shopify apps and any other opportunities, trends and innovations that contribute to the elevation of overall website and brand growth.
  • Lead the development and improvement of all website SEO, including updating metadata, optimising site copy and any other SEO tasks that will help to elevate the brand's online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Merchandising team to maintain the accuracy of stock levels and maximise the effectiveness of product merchandising on the site.
  • Work with and guide the marketing team to ensure the website is updated with new campaign content, copy and product imagery in time for new collection releases and to amplify channel activities.

A GOOD FIT

  • A genuine love for the brand and understanding of our mission
  • Proven track record of success in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Highly experienced in Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms
  • 5+ years experience working within E-commerce
  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Search Engine Optimisation
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics for analysis and reporting
  • Positive attitude and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and focus
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Based in London
  • Eligible to work in the UK
