THE ROLE
Set up, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, CRM and new channels, helping to ensure campaigns are well-optimised and driving ROAS.
Drive creative and content optimisation by planning and implementing A/B tests on ad visuals, messaging, formats, and landing experiences to continuously improve campaign performance and engagement.
Work with the wider team to test and analyse different content types and creative approaches across channels.
Support with building and maintaining audience lists and lookalike segments across platforms.
Explore new channels, new formats for growth and contribute to enhancing the full community experience across paid, CRM, and retention touchpoints.
Track and report on campaign results using dashboards; support the team with regular performance summaries and learnings.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies, and continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our digital marketing strategies.
Partner with the Community Experience team to monitor community feedback and behaviour to continuously optimise digital strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Support the implementation of SEO activities under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
A GOOD FIT

A passion for creativity, content creation, and understanding what resonates with audiences across digital channels.
2+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience setting up and managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
Experience executing CRM campaigns; familiarity with Klaviyo is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and platform dashboards to track website performance and campaign results.
Positive attitude and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and focus
Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Based in London
