SCREENSHOT OF ROLE

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Head of Marketing to continually develop, elevate and deliver a groundbreaking visual identity for the brand.
  • Create exciting brand content that engages with our community.
  • Shoot and edit imagery and video content for campaigns, social channels and drop assets using a multitude of media including VHS, digital camera, phone and more.
  • Plan and source styling working across campaigns, social content and ecom shoots.
  • Style, shoot and edit still-life product content.
  • Design and execute social media graphics.
  • Continue to evolve and fine-tune our approach to creating brand content.
  • Edit and rework content such as videos and imagery to create the strongest possible assets for social channels
  • Actively seek out emerging social trends, feeding any insights into the wider Social Media Team

A GOOD FIT

  • A love for the brand and understanding of our mission!
  • 2+ years of experience in visual content creation and coordination, preferably within fashion
  • Creatively minded with exceptional vision, an eye for detail and a social-first mindset
  • Highly proficient in all social media platforms, primarily Instagram
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
  • Strong photo editing experience
  • Good understanding of colour correction and image constraints
  • Strong understanding of photography, lighting, and composition techniques
  • Proven ability to work within brand guidelines and consistently produce high-quality content
  • Assured and constructive in directing models on set
  • A great understanding of the ever-changing social media landscape, remaining up to date with trends, platform functionality, and culture
  • An appreciation for our community and the importance of this role in respect of elevating our connection with them
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Self-sufficient, highly organised and able to manage time effectively to cope with a fast-paced working environment with multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with strong people skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Based in London
  • Eligible to work in the UK
