THE ROLE
As Senior Creative Content Coordinator, you play a vital role in executing the brand's creative vision and content strategy! Overflowing with ideas and an instinctive eye for what's next, you'll consistently level up NAMED's creative output!
You will work as a key contributor to the creative team to execute high-quality content, ensuring timely delivery across digital platforms. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that our creative content supports broader business goals, ultimately driving brand visibility and engagement.
With your finger firmly on the cultural pulse, and a deep understanding of our community, combined with the ability to understand and respond to changing community preferences, you will lead the way in delivering creative content that is disruptive, engaging and unmistakably NAMED COLLECTIVE !!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Creative Manager and Head of Creative in the ideation, creation, and planning of content, including, but not limited to, campaigns, social media content (organic and paid) and homepage banners.
Coordinate the ideation and execution of all brand video content for TikTok, Instagram, digital marketing ads, ecommerce and more.
Responsible for the shooting, directing and final editing of all video content, ensuring high-quality output; designed to engage and excite our community.
Proactively track content performance to get the best possible results, whilst ensuring content aligns with brand visual guidelines and post objectives.
Support creative team on the execution of brand imagery on campaign and social media shoots.
Support with the planning and execution of campaign shoots, including sourcing locations and models, building schedules and collaborating with the wider team on shoot execution.
Actively contribute to team briefs and regular team meetings.
Work with the team to deliver creative assets to multiple internal stakeholders, working to clear timelines and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on social marketing briefs as well as identify new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets.
Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practice in social content creation to continually level up content effectiveness.
Line manage junior team members to ensure their workload is balanced and aligned with wider team priorities, whilst also providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure continuous development and engagement.
A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE
A genuine love for the brand and a strong understanding of our mission and community.
3-5 years experience in creative production, content creation or coordination, ideally within fashion, ecommerce or youth culture, and with a specific focus on video.
Experience working on digital campaigns and social-first content, especially TikTok and Instagram.
A strong understanding of content formats, platforms and what drives engagement.
Comfortable supporting on shoots, managing creative workflows, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Detail-oriented, organised and proactive. You don't miss a beat when it comes to timelines or briefs.
Confident using video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) to support content production.
Collaborative mindset with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Based in London.
