Position Summary
The Client is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and entrepreneurial Enterprise Executive Sales Director to lead their expansion into the United States market. This role is designed for a "pathfinder"an individual who thrives in blue-ocean markets, excels at creating demand for category-defining technology, and can open doors to the most complex and mission-critical enterprises.
The ideal candidate will drive new business specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. We are looking for a consultative enterprise seller capable of translating technical innovation into tangible business value, guiding C-level stakeholders through a transformative buying journey.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Spearhead new enterprise business acquisition on the East Coast, with a primary focus on the BFSI sector (Global Banks, Financial Institutions, and Insurance organizations).
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process, from strategic prospecting and executive outreach to multi-stakeholder orchestration, complex negotiation, and closing.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and expand high-level relationships with CISOs, SecOps leaders, Network Architects, and Risk Executives to position the solution as a critical business requirement.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a regional strategy that positions the Clients technology as a new, essential category in cyber resilience.
- Pipeline Generation: Create and manage a high-value pipeline through self-generated opportunities, industry networking, and strategic partnerships, without reliance on heavy inbound support.
- Executive Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate business impact, technical value, and ROI to executive decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on account strategies and ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed multi-million-dollar annual quota targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Cyber Security industry, ideally selling complex solutions into large-scale enterprise environments.
- Vertical Expertise: Proven track record of success selling to BFSI customers, with a deep understanding of buying cycles, procurement processes, and regulatory/compliance requirements specific to the financial sector.
- Technical Acumen: Strong ability to confidently discuss networking, application security, threat models, and resilience strategies with CISOs and technical teams. experience selling non-commodity, advanced cybersecurity solutions (Network, AppSec, or Resilience-focused) is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas and driving net-new enterprise business.
- Sales Style: Exceptional consultative selling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; ability to coach customers through complex decision-making processes.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and executive-level presentation abilities.
- Mindset: deeply entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with ambiguity, market creation, and building a pipeline independently.
