Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

Position Summary:
Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join a busy 15-bed Emergency Department. The role involves caring for patients across all age groups, from geriatric to neonatal.

Shifts & Work Environment:

• Various 12-hour shifts available (Days, Mid Shift, Nights)
• 1:5 patient ratio
• Approximately 65 patients per day and 25,000 patients per year
• Collaborative team environment with 2-4 RNs working alongside Physicians

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Associates degree in Nursing required

Experience:

• Previous critical care experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Nevada RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Must obtain within 14 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must obtain within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Must obtain within 90 days of hire or transfer
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Must obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer
