About the Role

In this role, youll play a key part in building reliability programs across multiple manufacturing sites, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the future of maintenance systems.

What Youll Do
- Partner with plant maintenance teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor and train plant reliability engineers to improve analytical skills and asset performance assessments.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions and guide teams in using structured problem-solving methods.
- Support modernization projects and ensure new equipment is designed and commissioned with reliability in mind.
- Take ownership of reliability projects from concept through implementation, ensuring results are effective and sustainable.
- Optimize preventive maintenance programs and standardize best practices across similar assets.
- Conduct site audits to track reliability roadmap progress and recommend next steps for improvement.
- Serve as a CMMS subject matter expert, training users and maintaining accurate data standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for reliability programs.
- Promote a proactive maintenance culture that progresses from reactive to preventive to predictive.
What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on reliability and maintainability

Hands-on experience with oil and vibration analysis

Strong working knowledge of FMECA, RCA, RCM, and TPM
- Familiarity with predictive technologies such as vibration, thermal, ultrasonic, oil, and circuit analysis
- Ability to train, lead, and influence teams toward continuous improvement

- Proven success implementing reliability improvements across multiple sites
