About the job Pharma Sys Admin. Support
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pharma Sys Admin. Support. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, providing support to our pharmaceutical laboratory clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for benchtop laboratory equipment, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Assist in the installation and set-up of new laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets their needs
- Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.
- Experience in Windows 10 deployment.
- Must be located at the mentioned location 100% onsite job No remote working
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and service history
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and advancements in laboratory equipment
- Communicate with vendors for equipment repairs and service requests
- Train laboratory staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with benchtop laboratory equipment in a pharmaceutical setting
- Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing laboratory equipment
- Strong knowledge on network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge & Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
- Knowledge of Linux a plus.
- Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
