Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pharma Sys Admin. Support. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, providing support to our pharmaceutical laboratory clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for benchtop laboratory equipment, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
  • Assist in the installation and set-up of new laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets their needs
  • Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.
  • Experience in Windows 10 deployment.
  • Must be located at the mentioned location 100% onsite job No remote working
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and service history
  • Keep up-to-date with new technology and advancements in laboratory equipment
  • Communicate with vendors for equipment repairs and service requests
  • Train laboratory staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with benchtop laboratory equipment in a pharmaceutical setting
  • Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing laboratory equipment
  • Strong knowledge on network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge & Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
  • Knowledge of Linux a plus.
  • Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
