Position: Front Desk Clerk

NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Clerk will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room reservations
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain and update client database and contact lists
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
