Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for a REAL ESTATE client in Midtown West, The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary items are stocked and in working order
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
