We're in a phase of exponential growth and were seeking for a new member to join us in the role of Process engineer.


What will your mission be?
As our Process Engineer, you will be at the core of designing, simulating, and deploying repeatable, cost-effective, and digitally monitored bio-manufacturing processes for use across our global franchisee network.

What Awaits You Each Day?

 Designing & Developing Scalable Processes
- Create and optimize scalable production processes and commissioning protocols across global sites
-  Support layout planning, equipment selection, and facility commissioning for new franchise locations
 - Provide robust process documentation and training for global partners

Leveraging Tech & Tools
- Use process simulation and modeling software to map out virtual process flows and timelines
- Help build digital twins of franchise factories for remote monitoring, predictive analytics, and benchmarking
 - Develop CAPEX and OPEX estimates for various facility designs and advise on cost optimization

Collaborating for Global Impact
- Work alongside engineering, automation, and operations teams to scale franchise production units from idea to execution
- Partner with R&D, digital, genetics, and commercial teams to ensure robust, compliant, and future-ready processes

Contributing to innovative R&D Projects 
- Actively participate in the execution of grant-funded R&D projects, supporting the development and deployment of innovative process solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet project milestones and reporting requirements

Are You the One Were Searching For?
- A university degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering, ideally in a production facility or engineering design environment
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and adapt
- Understanding of equipment and systems used in industrial process plants
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical processes and assess feasibility
- Hands-on skills with process simulation tools and problem-solving
- Project management experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (French and Bulgarian are a plus)
