We're in a phase of exponential growth and were seeking for a new member to join us in the role of Process engineer.


What will your mission be?
As our Process Engineer, you will be at the core of designing, simulating, and deploying repeatable, cost-effective, and digitally monitored bio-manufacturing processes for use across our global franchisee network.

What Awaits You Each Day?
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable processes and commissioning protocols to ensure consistency and reproducibility across the global network
- Develop process documentation and training materials for partners across different geographies
- Support facility layout, equipment selection, and commissioning of new franchise sites
- Use simulation tools and process modeling software to develop virtual process flows, equipment layouts, and production timelines.
- Support the creation and implementation of digital twins of franchisee factories to enable remote monitoring, predictive analytics, and operational benchmarking.
- Generate capital and operating cost estimates for different facility designs and regions; advise on cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, automation, and operations teams to oversee the setup and scale-up of new franchisee manufacturing units from design to commissioning.
- Work closely with R&D, genetics, digital and commercial teams to ensure process robustness, compliance, and global readiness.

Are You the One Were Searching For?
- University degree in process engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a process engineering role, preferably within a process plant or in an engineering design company.
- Curiosity and desire to learn, coupled with strong analytical and synthetic thinking abilities.
- Understanding of the operation and technical requirements of equipment components and systems within a process plant.
- Ability to comprehend new processes and assess their feasibility.
- Proficiency in process simulation and troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in English (French & Bulgarian are a plus).
