What will your mission be?

As a Sales Specialist Insect Ingredients, you will play a key role in driving Nasekomos commercial success across international markets.   • Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients and distributors, ensuring excellent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, R&D, and Marketing) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent Nasekomo and generate new leads.
  • Maintain and update the client pipeline by systematically tracking contacts, interactions, and sales opportunities to support forecasting and commercial planning.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and client service.

Are You the One Were Searching For?

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in international sales, business development, or customer relations — ideally within feed, food, or agri-tech industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems; ability to analyse data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, events, etc.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and circular-economy principles.
