The Role
As Marketing Manager, youll lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, launches, and trade activations. Your mission is to drive growth across the full sales funnel, strengthen distributor and retail relationships, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
What Youll Do
1. Strategy & GTM

Define GTM strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns.

Draft campaign briefs covering objectives, audiences, budgets, channels, and timelines.

Deliver integrated campaigns across offline, digital, and community platforms.
2. Trade Marketing & Retail Activation

Own the annual/seasonal trade activation calendar.

Develop POSM plans, merchandising strategies, and retailer incentive programs.

Support distributors and retail partners to maximize visibility and sales.
3. Consumer & Community Engagement

Build and grow audiences on Telegram, Instagram, and relevant communities.

Lead brand activations such as events, sampling, and partnerships.

Collaborate with ambassadors, KOLs, and partner networks for advocacy.
4. Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor Marketing Executives and a Copywriter.

Align marketing execution with creative, digital, and sales activation teams.

Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact.
5. Insights & Market Intelligence

Monitor performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

Deliver monthly reviews with insights and recommendations.

Ensure strategies stay agile within FMCG and regulated industry dynamics.
What Youll Bring

610 years of marketing, trade marketing, or consumer activation experience (FMCG / lifestyle / regulated categories preferred).

Strong background in sell-in, sell-thru, and sell-out marketing.

Proven success managing distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Budget management skills with commercial and ROI focus.

Leadership ability to grow and inspire a marketing team.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Experience with consumer communities, influencer/KOL partnerships, and integrated campaigns.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields are valued.
