The National Association of Testing Authorities Australia (NATA) is Australia's national accreditation body, underpinning confidence in testing, inspection and certification across critical sectors. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Officer (CRO).

This is an exciting opportunity to combine relationship management, data insights and operational coordination in a role that directly contributes to strengthening stakeholder experience and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Client Relations Officer, you'll play a key role in enhancing the NATA client experience by combining stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights and operational support.

Working closely with the Client Engagement Manager, you will help deliver engagement initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to improve how we support our stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—balancing relationship management, data analysis and coordination in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver client engagement programs and activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Analyse engagement and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to deliver engagement strategy
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and client experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

About You

You're a proactive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and using data to improve outcomes.

Your skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualification in business,  management, science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, and deliver on allocated activities
  • Demonstrated experience in client management and building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and identifying insights
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
  • High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Experience within accreditation, compliance, regulatory or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
