NATA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across member and non-member sectors. You'll lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to shape service offerings that meet market demand. If you're commercially minded, proactive, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand NATA's advisory and education services within both NATA member and non-member sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of advisory service packages, including QMS development, internal audits, and accreditation preparation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote tailored education and advisory services.
  • Provide guidance that educational courses align with market trends, industry standards, and client needs.
  • Represent NATA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the companys offerings.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by creating content for newsletters, social media, and promotional events.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and client demands to inform strategic direction.
  • Provide actionable insights on market expansion and product differentiation.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications in business, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management, preferably within education, advisory services, or accreditation sectors.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, accreditation processes, and standards.
  • Understanding of educational program development and delivery.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an innovation mindset.
