About the job Education Manager

Are you an experienced education manager with a passion for leading efficient and impactful training operations? NATA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Education Manager to oversee the operational delivery of our training programs, manage a high-performing team, and ensure our education services consistently meet industry demands. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end operations of public and in-house training programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Manage the training design team, overseeing the production of industry-relevant, high-quality learning content. 
  • Supervise the administration team, ensuring seamless coordination of scheduling, participant management, and client support. 
  • Direct all training logistics, including venue procurement, material preparation, and technology deployment. 
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and operational performance of trainers, ensuring delivery standards and professional development are met. 
  • Collaborate with clients and industry stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions, balancing quality with operational efficiency. 
  • Manage and monitor training budgets, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency, while identifying areas for operational growth and optimisation. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing digital systems, automation tools, and scalable delivery models. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 8+ years experience in education management, training operations, or corporate learning environments. 
  • Experience in managing end-to-end training programs and ensuring high-quality delivery. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trainers and administrative staff. 
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and client service, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in training administration, logistics, and resource allocation. 
  • Commercial acumen, including budget oversight, forecasting, and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to innovation.
