NATA is seeking to appoint an Accreditation Coordinator on a full-time basis.
Play a key role in delivering trusted accreditation services across Australia.
As an Accreditation Coordinator at NATA, you'll support the delivery of nationally significant accreditation activities that underpin confidence in testing, inspection and calibration activities. Working closely with accreditation specialists, assessors and members to coordinate assessments, manage stakeholder interactions, and ensure a high-quality, timely client experience.
This is a collaborative, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys coordination, relationship-building, and working in a purpose-driven organisation that values expertise, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and follow up accreditation assessment activities to meet deadlines and service expectations
- Provide advice and support to NATA members, assessors, applicants and internal stakeholders via NATA communication tools
- Work closely with Lead Assessors to ensure assessments are conducted in line with NATA procedures and service commitments
- Build effective relationships with members and internal stakeholders to support positive client experiences
- Respond to enquiries, support client management activities and assist with resolving complaints in collaboration with relevant teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and service delivery
- Complete quality assurance, reporting, time recording and financial activities in line with NATA policies
- Support training, knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
- Actively participate in projects, meetings and change initiatives as required
About You
- Relevant academic qualifications (e.g. scientific, engineering or related discipline)
- Professional experience with accreditation services or equivalent activities
- Demonstrated ability in project management skills
- Strong written business and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Intermediate experience with software applications, databases and document and record management systems, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on targets, monitor, and report on allocated activities

Salary and Conditions
The base salary on commencement is $81,960 per annum (plus superannuation).
Permanent Australian Residency is a pre-requisite for this position.
