Compensation: AED 10,000 - 15,000 + Commission on Deal Closures
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial launch and sales operations of a landmark property development in Karachi. Based in Dubai, this role will oversee cross-border sales, marketing, and investor relations strategies to ensure market penetration and project success.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in launching and managing large-scale real estate projects in both the UAE and Pakistan, with a strong ability to craft impactful sales strategies, execute digital and offline campaigns, and build broker and investor networks. This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing strategies for the Karachi project, targeting both UAE and international investors.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify customer segments, pricing models, and positioning strategies.
- Build and strengthen broker, channel partner, and investor networks across Dubai and overseas markets.
- Oversee the design and execution of marketing assets (brochures, presentations, videos, and virtual tours) aligned with brand identity.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising) to maximize reach, visibility, and lead conversion.
- Organize and manage property launch events, exhibitions, and international roadshows to attract high-value buyers and investors.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-focused resource allocation.
- Provide senior management with regular performance insights, lead conversion data, and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing roles within real estate development.
- Demonstrated success in launching and driving sales for projects in the UAE and Karachi markets.
- Strong network of brokers, investors, and channel partners in the region.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
