Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales in the HoReCa industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Ability to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Promote textile production to existing and especially to prospective new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.

3. Market & Competitor Research

  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on emerging market needs, pricing trends, and product development opportunities.

4. Order & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer databases in CRM
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis, for management review.
