Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist on a 12-month maternity cover to support our Dubai HR team in day-to-day operations. This is a non-convertible contract role, ideal for a proactive HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employees.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including visas, work permits, and medical insurance.

Assist with visa letters, employee certifications, and salary certificates.

Plan and coordinate relocations and expatriate assignments.

Maintain HR policies and practices in compliance with local regulations and DIFC governance.

Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Support salary payments, invoices, reimbursements, and staff salary adjustments.

Manage monthly gratuity contributions for DEWS.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent HR policy application.

Organize filing and archiving of all HR-related documents.

Support implementation of global and regional HR initiatives, including Workday HR system and payroll.

Coordinate ad-hoc HR projects and support the HR team with miscellaneous requests.
Requirements & Skills:

Prior HR generalist experience, preferably in DIFC-regulated environments.

Strong understanding of DIFC employment and labor laws.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in Office 365; Workday knowledge preferred.
