Nathan & Nathan is a leading HR Outsourcing firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an Advisor - HR  Services to join our team in KSA.

As Advisor HR Services, the role holder shall oversee the client acquisition and successful delivery of HR Solutions based on the client's requirements. The role holder shall act as key accounts manager to develop long-term relations with existing and new businesses for temporary, contract, and full-time recruitment and placement solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Revenue & Market Development

  • Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new revenue channels for Nathan & Nathan.
  • Presenting Nathan & Nathan to potential Partners through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; negotiation; close and handover to Account Managers.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
  • A thorough understanding of client's requirements including their Return on Investment (ROI) objectives.

Business development planning & execution

  • Develop a strong understanding of Nathans products and services as well as business position and competition to keep the business competitive.
  • Analyze the customer base across KSA to establish a common approach to retention and growth.
  • Create and implement a Business Development strategy
  • Undertake key research to understand the Business and project drivers of sectors, customers, and potential opportunities.

Marketing

  • Improving customer lifetime value through developing closer, cross-functional relationships and expanding the services offerings.
  • Business development through LinkedIn and other social marketing tools.
  • Suggesting innovative marketing campaigns to the team to improve brand awareness

Team Management:

  • Lead from the front, taking on ownership of key opportunities
  • Performance manages the department based on agreed KPIs & targets
  • Management of direct reports, Performance and Career Trackers, development and training, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, in the staffing services industry
  • Should be comfortable handling clients from start to end of the project
  • Experience in managing a team based on KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) are a MUST
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the Middle East market and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Proficient in relevant software/applications such as Excel, and PowerPoint
