Working Days: 5 days/week (48 hours)

Salary: AED 10,000 to 11,000 + Visa + Insurance + Air Tickets

Are you an experienced Cleaning Manager with a passion for high standards and team leadership? We're hiring for a fast-growing, premium short-term rental company in Dubai that manages a large portfolio of high-end holiday homes across the city.

As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the brand's 5-star standards across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support cleaning coordinators and staff

• Oversee daily operations across multiple short-term rental units

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Train staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use

• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and track supply inventory

• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest services teams

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations

• Identify training needs and coach team members for improved performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning services or hospitality 
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites/teams efficiently 
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
