HR Executive/Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategically minded HR Executive/Manager to lead HR operations and help define and implement organizational structure for a fast-growing FM business. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor law and experienced in managing a large, diverse workforce across technical and housekeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and restructure HR processes and organizational hierarchy

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management systems

· Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

· Support workforce planning and training for over 100 staff

· Advise senior management on strategic HR matters and people development

· Collaborate with operations to align HR practices with business needs

Requirements:

· 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally in FM or real estate sectors

· Experience managing large, blue-collar-heavy teams

· Excellent knowledge of UAE labor regulations

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Must have worked under a senior HR leader or structured environment
