Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead international sales growth in the perfume retail sector. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding retail channels, building strong distributor and retailer partnerships, and driving market-specific strategies to ensure brand visibility, compliance, and profitability in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Identify and develop new export markets, retail channels, and distribution partnerships.
- Drive international sales and achieve assigned growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
- Appoint, manage, and support global distributors and retail partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and profit margins.
- Ensure alignment of distributors with brand standards and retail execution guidelines.
Retail Execution & Merchandising
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility in key international retail stores.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support in-market promotions and launches.
Commercial & Operational Oversight
- Monitor stock levels, sales forecasts, and replenishment plans with export customers.
- Manage export documentation, shipping, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and local import regulations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, retail buyers, and agents.
- Act as the primary contact for customer concerns, product feedback, and service support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in International Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 58 years of export sales experience in perfumes, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- Proven expertise in international retail sales and distributor management.
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural business environments.
Key Skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English required; French or Spanish is a plus).
