Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in implementing a wide range of marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital campaigns and cross-functional project coordination. This role is suited for someone enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and keen on building their career in a dynamic, multi-industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing

  • Support the execution of digital, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with content creation including writing, editing, and publishing across digital platforms and website.

  • Monitor online engagement, brand mentions, and assist in community management.

  • Provide support in CRM system implementation and management.

  • Generate monthly performance reports and marketing dashboards.

2. Marketing Coordination & Support

  • Maintain marketing documentation and coordinate administrative tasks.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Support in organizing internal events, from concept development and budgeting to execution, in coordination with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role. Females preferred.

  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based role.

  • Occasional travel to company sites or for meetings may be required.
