Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in implementing a wide range of marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital campaigns and cross-functional project coordination. This role is suited for someone enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and keen on building their career in a dynamic, multi-industry setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing

Support the execution of digital, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns.

Assist with content creation including writing, editing, and publishing across digital platforms and website.

Monitor online engagement, brand mentions, and assist in community management.

Provide support in CRM system implementation and management.

Generate monthly performance reports and marketing dashboards.
2. Marketing Coordination & Support

Maintain marketing documentation and coordinate administrative tasks.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Support in organizing internal events, from concept development and budgeting to execution, in coordination with relevant teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role. Females preferred.

A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Conditions:

Full-time, office-based role.

Occasional travel to company sites or for meetings may be required.
