Our client is an international manufacturer specializing in the production of innovative products for waterproofing, insulation, soundproofing and vegetated solutions for the roofing, building envelope and civil engineering sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Controller to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The Senior Inventory Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing stock control, inventory management, and optimizing inventory levels within the Waterproofing Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Control: Implement efficient stock control procedures to monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize analytical skills to assess inventory needs and develop strategies for inventory optimization.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to analyze inventory data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other key performance indicators.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all inventory management processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related challenges and achieve organizational goals.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their inventory management skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate inventory management processes and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Waterproofing Industry, with a strong background in inventory control and management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own car, with the ability to manage operations in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing inventory management best practices and driving process improvements.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
