About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR with 5-7 years of core HR experience. This role is ideal for someone who has a hands-on approach to employee engagement and a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to support growth and workforce needs

Manage employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance

Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure seamless employee transitions

Ensure HR policies are well implemented and aligned with UAE labor laws

Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

Handle conflict resolution and manage grievance procedures professionally

Support leadership in executing talent development and succession plans

Assist in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)

5-7 years of proven regional/global HR experience

Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a multicultural, performance-driven environment

Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with experience in international or multicultural companies will be highly regarded.
- A background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to global HR practices and diverse workforce management
