Our client is fully licensed and regulated by FSC Mauritius and is one of the leading and dynamic players in the Forex industry, committed to providing innovative financial solutions and excellent trading experiences to their clients.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our client base in the Forex & CFD trading industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire and retain clients and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a go getter - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, particularly with high-net-worth individuals, partners, and affiliates. To demonstrate our key advantages and advocate all products and services with any new clients.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate detailed sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to optimize the client journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure the sales team complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, ESMA, CySEC, DFSA, etc.).
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts on a monthly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners including Corporates and Ultra HNIs.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify key business opportunities, potential clients and Ultra HNIs and to provide high level of customer service to satisfy their business needs.
  • Managing stakeholders and outcomes to ensure tasks completion and targets met.
  • To maintain high level relationship with both internal and external stake holders of the firm.
  • Plan and manage team capacity and activities to meet assigned target and deliverables.
  • Ensure that the feedback provided to the team members on their performance are accurate, complete, and timely. Provide support, coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet their KPIs and adhere to the organisations guidelines and policies.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably in the CFD, Forex, or online trading industry.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CFDs, margin trading, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (any other additional languages are an advantage).

Preferred

  • Existing client network in the trading/financial industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-regulated broker (e.g., FCA, CySEC, DFSA, ASIC) will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, cTrader).
