Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasksare completed effectively and efficiently.
• Create and manage maintenance schedules (preventive and reactive), prioritize tasksbased on urgency and impact.
• Inspect maintenance work regularly to ensure it meets company standards andsafety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and provide guidance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairissues across residential properties.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance tasks, parts usage, team performance, andservice timelines.
• Identify skill gaps and support the training of junior technicians on standards, tools,and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in property maintenance, with experience in a supervisory team lead role.
• Proven experience with quality control in maintenance or engineering.
• Strong leadership style; authoritative but respectful and fair.
