About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Operations & Business Development Manager with strong experience in the QSR/F&B industry. This role involves managing daily operations across multiple branches and driving growth through new store openings, partnerships, and franchise development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve operations across existing restaurant outlets
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the brand
• Identify opportunities for expansion (new locations, delivery platforms, franchises)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, HR)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or related field
• 10+ years in F&B/QSR operations and business development
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Willing to travel to branch locations
