About the Role:
You'll be responsible for selling and promoting GSTC Certification to hotels and resorts in the region, and reporting to the MD. GSTC sets globally recognized sustainability standards that are referenced by leading travel platforms like Booking.com and Expedia. Your primary goal will be to generate interest, educate stakeholders, and close deals helping hotels enhance their sustainability credentials, appeal to eco-conscious travelers, and boost their market reputation.
What You'll Do:

Promote GSTC Certification to hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups across the Middle East.

Clearly articulate the value of GSTC in terms of sustainability benchmarks, customer trust, and global recognition.
- Educate hotel leadership on the business case for certification, including regulatory compliance and marketability.
- Highlight how GSTC differs from other certifications through its international credibility, holistic standards, and third-party audit process.

Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy.

Cultivate relationships with hotel executives, sustainability officers, and tourism stakeholders.

Represent the organization at expos, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sustainability, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or sustainability sector.
A minimum of 10 years of local experience (UAE or Middle East) is preferred due to the regional market dynamics.

Proven ability to drive market expansion and close high-value deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
